LondonHomeShare is a new company which was formed by S & N Property Developments Ltd to be an outlet for its property. S & N is a private company who have been providing shared properties situated all over London for the past three years. The slogan "Our Room Is Your Home" is derived from what our products are. Our shared houses are your home away from home.

All our tenants are travelers coming to London for work. LondonHomeShare make it easier for people on their voyage. Our package includes all bills to ease the stress of multiple costs: Council Tax, Gas, Electricity, Water. Our properties are all refurbished with communal hallway, kitchen, lounge, and bathroom (Some En-suite). Maintenance and cleaning (Communal Areas) are handled by us for less hassle.

Mission Statement

Our goal is to help people who are coming to London to find them a place to settle, to find them a home. It can be very hard moving to another country, financially and emotionally. Not only will our clients benefit from reasonable rent, but also they can meet different people from many different cultures. Sharing a home can build a foundation of friends that could be there for life.

In addition to the 200 properties in our profile, S & N are looking to purchase more throughout the next year. So we will always have a vacant home for the constant flow of travellers coming to work.

We believe in going the extra mile for our tenants. They will always be our number one priority. Keeping our current sharers is just as important to us as finding new people. Whenever there is a problem with the property we will be there as soon as possible to resolve the situation.
